During the reporting period, the library succeeded in filling two positions in the field of formal indexing with highly qualified and motivated employees from Germany. This is all the more gratifying as the job market in this sector is extremely tight (to the detriment of employers) and the attractiveness of the Rome location has been significantly affected by the uncertainty of tariff contract arrangements (keyword: posting), not to mention political factors and phenomena such as climate change and over-tourism, which, for example, increasingly complicate the search for housing.
